I have been the manager of Disciple Christian Books (formerly Christian Book Shop) since June, 2008. It has been great to get to know the customers at Disciple Christian Books as well as to see familiar faces of customers from the past.

I have worked in Christian bookstores since January, 1975. So I have been in the book business for well over 30 years. I have worked for Christian bookstores in Washington, California and Oregon. For 18 years I was at Pilgrim Discount Book and Bible Supply in Portland, Oregon where my chief work was the used book buyer and manager of the used book department.

I love books and also what books can do for people. That is why I find so much satisfaction in seeking to expand the book emphasis at Disciple Christian Books in Oregon City.
